It is appropriate for and used by both beginning and advanced practitioners interested in self-cultivation. Its goal is to have the shen ming or light of the spirit permeate the physical body. Xing Shen Zhuang Fa has been adopted in Chinese hospitals, both as a cure and a rehabilitative therapy.
